November 14, 1953 ~ December 30, 2017
Brenda Faye (Eden) Rockhill, passed away on December 30, 2017 at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie. Her parents were J D and Martha (Hutchison) Stafford. She was born in Alexandria, Indiana on November 14, 1953.
Brenda had last worked at St. Augustine Nursing Facility. She loved to cook and was especially good at fried foods that her family enjoyed. She liked to watch A&E and BET, and comedy shows on TV, particularly Bernie Mac. She had a big heart and looked forward to helping people.
Most of all she loved her family and wanted to be with them. Holli made sure she spoke with her dear mother every day, even if it was just about the weather.
Left to treasure Brenda’s memory are her children, Holli (Jeff) Warriner and Bryan Rockhill; grandchildren, Paije (Kein) Siegal, Colleen Warriner, Kollin Warriner, Anthony Reel, Aubrey Rockhill, and Aidan Rockhill; one great-grandchild due to be born in June; and special family, Vida Warriner.
Preceding Brenda in death are her parents and her son, Anthony Rockhill.
Visitation is Monday, January 8, from 3:00-5:00 PM at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services in Anderson.
Please accept my condolences on the passing of your loved one. The Scriptures are always comforting. The one at John 5:28, 29 is helpful.
I’m in shocked grief. I just learned of this (12/24/18) as I was wanting to look her up for a visit. We are first cousins. Her father (JD) and my mother (Bessie Stafford Eden) were siblings. We were kinda close in our youth , sorta like the sister I never had , but the family essentially evaporated upon my grandparents deaths…Hadn’t seen or heard of her for probably 50 years. I’m soooo sorry…..she will be dearly missed…

Hi Bryan , I’d love to but have no contact info…
Hi. I’m Bonnie Hartwell , Brenda’s cousin. Her mother was my mother’s sister. I was trying to locate her and seen this. I’m shocked to have found this. I hadn’t seen her since my mother’s funeral in 1986. So shocked and saddened by this. So sorry for her families loss.
