Carlin (Patches) Lewis, 69 of Indianapolis, passed away on July 26, 2020 at home with her family.  She was born on May 25, 1951 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Kyle Wallen and Bessie Wooldridge. She worked at CSL Plasma center for 30 plus years before retiring. Her family meant everything to her, being a Grandma and a soon to be Great Grandma meant the world to her.  Survivors include her daughter Shannon (John) Dubecky; son Jason Lewis; brothers, Arnold (Joann) Wallen, David (Susie) Wallen; 4 grandchildren Makala James (Luke), Cain Vaughn, Kyle Dubecky (Icesis) and Jason Lewis Jr; 1 soon to be great grandchild Lakynn Scott; as well as extended family and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers Edward Wallen, Robert Wallen and 1 sister Marcia Wallen-Anastasopoulos.
