Gwendolyn (Gwen) Kay Crabtree, devoted mother and friend.
Gwen Crabtree died May 16, 2022, 1:40 PM at IU Methodist hospital. She was born in Presque Isle, Maine and the child of Oliver and Ordilla Demougin.
Gwen was married to Cary Lee Crabtree for 33 long years, until death they did part. For the most part she focused on being a mother to Britney, Cory, Shelby, and Jacob. They were her pride and joy. Gwen graduated from Arlington High School.
She was a very independent woman until she became ill with breathing disorders. She was superwoman as we got to know how strong she truly was n her last years. She fought to the finish until she flew free with the birds to join all the loved ones above.
May each of you find courage to face tomorrow as you rest in the knowledge that we truly care about each of your needs and that we will be here to walk beside you in your journey of grief.
