Isaias Hernandez Rodriguez, 58, of Indianapolis, passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2016. He was born on July 6, 1958 in Delicias, Chihuahua, Mexico to Rafael Hernandez and Socorro Rodriguez. He is survived by his children, Erika Martinez, Monica (John) Lanham, Johanna (Donald) Moon, Isaias Hernandez, Erica Hernandez; 9 grandchildren and his special companion, Chrystal. Isaias is also survived by his parents; and siblings, Gerardo, Rafael, Bertha, Rosa, Enrique, Carlos, Martin, Luis, Liliana and Armando. Visitation will be on Monday, November 28, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 1:00 p.m. at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services – Lawrence, 5215 N. Shadeland Ave, Indianapolis. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Indianapolis. Memorial donations in memory of Mr. Hernandez can be made to the family for final expenses. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.

My condolences and heart goes out to each and one of you. I’m sorry your dad had to go through this, No one should ever have to go through the pain and long suffering with ALS.
