Janie E. (Kirk) Bradshaw age 65, was born on December 11, 1955 in Tompkinsville, Kentucky to the late Herschel V. and Hazel B. Kirk. She attended Indianapolis Public School #26, #42 and Northwest High School. She accepted Jesus Christ in her life at an early age.

Janie worked as a Social Worker for over twenty years while living in Oxnard, and Oakland California. When she and her family moved from California back to Indianapolis, Indiana she was the owner of Jaades Consignment shop on Main Street in Speedway, Indiana. Janie enjoyed cooking, dancing and spending time with family and friends. Janie was a very loving and caring person, and she will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her sister Mary K. Holloway. She leaves to mourn one Daughter Jahdell B. Bradshaw and one Granddaughter Jahsiel A. Bradshaw, Brothers, Dave Kirk (Janie), Herschel V. Kirk (Angie), Sisters, Hattie S. Kirk, Linda G. Kirk, Pamela R. Little (Tony), Lisa A. Taylor, Quitta J. Kirk and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.

There will be no services.

    It is so difficult to find the words to express the loss of our sister Janie. She was so loving & kind and so accommodating when we went to Cali. I know there is a pain in your hearts but Jesus is a friend of the broken heart. Tuck away the precious memories of our dear Janie. Rest Easy. ♥️♥️♥️🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
