Katherine Anne Brewer, 66 of Anderson, went home after a long and couragoues battle with cancer.
She was born on October 31, 1954 in Anderson to Mary Katherine Kincaid and Russell Kincaid.
Katherine had many jobs along the way, but her favorite was working in health care and being a homemaker. She loved to cook, host holidays, get togethers, play her computer games, shopping, and keeping up with the 49ers and the Pioneer Woman.
Katherine is survived by her children Rick Brewer (Jen), of Kentucky; Owen Brewer (Tammy) of Anderson; Hope Naylor (Matt) of Ohio; Derrick Brewer (Scott) of Anderson; father Russell Kincaid of Anderson; grandchildren Ricky Phillips, Harley Meyers, Cherokee Brewer, Synthia Kendall, and Kasey Brewer; several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and special cousins Donnie McGuire (Janet) and Patty (Eric).
Katherine is preceded in death by her mother Mary Kincaid, son Jeremy Brewer, sister Judy Thrawley, brothers Paul Shriver and Eddie Bagley, and her beloved Pom Pebbles.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday August 17, 2021 from 2-4pm with a funeral service to follow at 4pm at Legacy Cremation and Funeral Service – Anderson.
