Leonard Ervin Buster Sr., age 65, of Anderson, passed away on March 3, 2023, at Edgewater Woods. He was born on May 21, 1957, in Albany, KY to Marion and Della (Brown) Buster.

Leonard was a truly kind soul, who would do anything for anyone. He was a jokester, could be stubborn, but had a heart of gold. He enjoyed family gatherings, watching the movie Twister, and being outdoors. His favorite thing to do was spend time with his grandchildren. He loved snacks, coffee, and most importantly, listening to Shania Twain. He was a wonderful father, grandpa, son, brother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Leonard is survived by his children Erica Garrison (Tracy Price) and Leonard Buster Jr. (Kayla Stephen); Mother Della (Brown) Buster; grandchildren James, Alyssa, Brooklynn, Jordynn, Ravynn, Jesse, Gabrielle, Jace, and Gracelyn; siblings Janice, Ronnie, Allen, Wanda, Cathy, Barbara, Sheila, and Velta; best friend Johnny Leach; roommate Dean Williams; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great- nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father Marion Buster, daughter Christella Keeton, grandson Brandon, and brothers Ralph and Jim.

A visitation will be held on Thursday March 9, 2023, from 11am-1pm with a funeral service beginning at 1pm at Legacy Cremation and Funeral Service – Anderson.
