Nancy Alice Grider, age 86, of Indianapolis, IN died on October 20, 2018 at her home.  She was born on February 27, 1932 in Indianapolis.

Nancy graduated from Arsenal Technical High School with the Class of 1948.  She retired from Indiana Bell but also worked at Ruble Flowers and Real Silk.

She is survived by her three daughters, Denise (R.H.) Rosson, Christi (Keith) Shoup and Lori N. Grider; grandchildren, Todd (Amanda Evans) Rosson, Chad (Melinda) Rosson, Traci Rosson, Michael (Dannielle) Shoup and Kelly (Erik) McLeese; great-grandchildren, Tyler, Caeley Jo, Brad and Braxton Rosson, Hayden and Liam Enochs, Rodney Coble III, Brynn McLeese and Evelyn Rose Shoup; half-sisters, Barbara Childress and Dixie Carter and half-brothers, John Rigdon and Clyde Rigdon as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Icel M. Rigdon; uncle and aunt , Harold and Lottie Esamann; brothers, Bob and Mickey Rigdon; sisters, Myla Jo Spitz and Glenna Litzelman.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Valerie Richardson and Ashley #1 for their care of Nancy during her illness.

Visitation with the family will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 2:00 p.m. at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services – Indianapolis.
