  4. Good memories of the visit with Philip and Kim and Steve looking at all the old family stuff
a few weeks ago – such a good day at my place. We need to enjoy life “one day at a time”

  5. Kim and family,
When I think of Phil I will always smile, remembering his mischievous smile and his crazy sense of humor. Phil never met a stranger, and will be missed by all who knew him. Our hearts go out to you, your children and grandchildren, all of whom are blessed to have a very special angel in Heaven watching over you now. Cherish the happy memories, they will carry you through this difficult time.

  6. Great memories with a great great person, classmate and partner. Rest easy my brother…. All the way and a Lil bit further.

  7. Great guy. We had many work breakfasts together, took many runs, backed him up or he backed me up, played bad golf and some good golf, but mostly he was funny, had good stories and he was a good friend. Love you brother.

  8. So sorry he has left this world! His humor & kindness will be missed! Phil put up a valiant fight & is no longer in pain!
    We do miss him!

  9. So true of Phil , Kathy . He and I would have brief visits as our work put us in the same location, we would always have a plan to get together for lunch but our work always seemed to get in the way. What a fun guy and he was so complimentary to others ,we had lots of fun at BHS and enjoyed each other’s time together at school and in our various work places …..I will miss him and was thankful for his service with IMPD. A good man gone to soon!

  10. RIP Phil. You were a friend from day one in communications. I enjoyed working with you and our interesting chats. My friend you shall be missed.
