Robert Knott age 81 was born February 16 1935 in Albion Pennsylvania and was put to rest April 9 2016. His parents are Irving LKnott and Geraladine Knott. He also has 2 brothers and 1 sister.
Robert left behind his loving wife Jo Knott (Ninneman) they had a wonderful live together of 34 years and married 3 years. They brought together their blended family of 8 children , 4 boys and 4 girls. They also had a total of 24 grandchildren and 5 great grand children . Whom Bob loved and held all close to his heart .
Those who knew Bob know that the love he had for our Lord Jesus Christ and the love for his family brought him great joy. He could always take the lemons of life and turn them into sweet lemonade. He could also take the mistakes his family brought to him and use them as a tool to teach and mold them with a loving hand.
The other things Bob loved to do is coach is sons football teams . Through his passion of coaching he touched the lives of several young men. Two of which made it to the NFL. Bob had many talents which his family benefited from; ranging from woodworking, to making beautiful furniture, to building bird houses that his family will cherish forever. He also rescued his family several times with his knowledge of mechanics. His hobbies also included collecting N and O gage train sets, and putting together model trains, planes, and automobiles. His careers in the railroad and as a heavy equipment mechanic gave him a fondness of restoring cars.
One of his most favorite places to escape from life with his family was Paradise Lake Campground which was owned and operated by his sister. There is where his family could gather to laugh , cry, play, work, eat, drink and enjoy each other‘s lives.
Thank you Bob for bringing so much joy and love into our lives. You have touched each and everyone of us in a special way we will never forget.
