  8. WOW you couldn’t find another way to say this in private, talking about wicked. That was her husband and if she wants to cremate him, that’s her choice, she didn’t need anyone’s permission to do so. He was my ex-father-in-law. What a great man. You don’t need a body in the ground to remember him. This was tacky on your part. I’ll remember you Siggy, Mr lemon drop.

  9. Dear Beverly
I was so sorry to hear of Sigmund’s death but I am sure you have wonderful memories that will sustain you forever!!! He was special!!!
    May God Bless you!!

  10. This so hard to say, I have tears in my eyes. I ‘ve know uncle Siggie all my life , since a baby. I use to babysit for Eric. He always showed me love just like my father (Clinton) did, so he reminded me of daddy. i was privileged to be raised with men that showed respect for women, being courteous, mannerly you don’t find that today. He was a good man, not perfect nobody is but a good man.
Aunt Beverly I thank you for being in his life, i also appreciate the way you have handled the arrangements, it makes us able to remember his smile, and his laugh and the love he had for you. This should be a time for comfort, because of your loss. 2Corinthians 1:3&4, tells us God comforts us in all our trials, so that we may comfort others”. Jimmy sends his love, to you and says uncle was a good man. I pray this brings you comfort and know you are loved by us.

  11. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time, Aunt Beverly.
I loved Uncle Siggy’s great sense of humor, his mild demeanor and willingness to listen. I’ve also admired your relationship over the years and how beautifully you two got along. The love between you was palpable. I am honored that Uncle Siggy was a part of our family and celebrate the life of this remarkable man.
May God bring comfort to you in your mourning. With love, Terrell.

  12. Aunt Beverly – I love you and I’m truly sorry to hear about Uncle Siggy passing away.
My heart goes out to you as well. He was my great Uncle and I loved him very much.
He was a hard worker, very kind and had a great sense of humor. I enjoyed him telling me stories of when he was younger and how things used to be. He reminded me a lot of my Grandpa (Clinton) Jones. I look forward to seeing him again- along with all his family. For the Bible gives that promise at Revelation 21:3&4.
Love you and Take Care – Kelita

  13. I also wanted to mentioned that my Husband Daniel had the chance to meet Uncle Siggy – He sends his love and condolences as well.

  14. Prayers for you Beverly. I had the pleasure of knowing Siggy when I was married to Beverly’s son Edwin. Siggy was the kindest, loving and caring man I’ve known. I called him Mr. Lemon Drops, he always had lemon drops in his pocket. You will be truly missed. Love to you Beverly….

  15. To Mrs. Beverly Jones:
Though we have to say good-by,
We’re comforted to know that love
Has never left us and will never let us
    Go.
And even though we cannot know
Exactly where or when, we say good-bye knowing we will surely meet again.
    With heartfelt sympathy and caring
    Thoughts. 🕊🙏

    Rose McMillian-Johnson
