Tami Lynn (Carter) Tucker passed away unexpectedly at her home in Renton, Washington on August 17, 2016. She was born to Fred and Barbara Carter on August 1, 1960 in Anderson, living most of her life in the Anderson/Alexandria area, graduating from Highland High School in 1978.

Tami married Jeff Tucker in 1999 and worked as a real estate escrow officer in the state of Washington.

Tami enjoyed watching the Colts, Seahawks, and Mariners. She and her husband attended music concerts and traveled. Tami was always on Facebook. Tami took part in MS Fundraising, with which she was diagnosed in 2007. Her family and friends were most important to her.

Tami is survived by her husband, Jeff Tucker;children, Christopher (Tracy) Snyder and Brittany Snyder; parents, Fred and Barbara Carter; sister, Teresa (David) Amberger; grandchildren, Ava and Olivia Snyder; stepchildren, Chelsea and Austin Tucker; niece, Taylor Amberger;nephews, Noah Amberger and Cory Hummel; special cousin, Dr. Brian Telle; uncle,Butch (Pam) Hughes; in-laws, Cherylaine and Ernest Cecchini; numerous nieces,nephews, and cousins; and her precious service dog, Angus.

Preceding Tami in death are her maternal and paternal grandparents; sister, Pamela Sue Carter; brother, Dave Hummel; nephew, AaronHummel; and father of her children, Jeff Snyder.

The service is at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, August 31, a tLegacy Cremation & Funeral Services with burial to follow at Anderson Memorial Park. Visitation is the same day, 11:00-2:00, prior to the service.
