  1. Vernon meant so much to my family and my friends. We loved him and he loved us. He was a God send to us when we had to put our frail, weak, non comunicating dad into rehab..We felt so fearful leaving my dad that night, he could barely speak (almost a whisper), we were nervous, how will he get the nurses if he needs sonething, to weak to pull call string…God stepped in and next thing the staff said, can we switch your dad room, we want him to room wirh Nr Vernon, we said ok….got dad settled, and then this lil new roommate Vernon said, you girls go home and sleep, and pull that curtain back so I can watch your dad, I will get the nurse if he needs something, I will watch over him…That was God!! Thank you Lord for Vernon, I pray him and my dad are hugging in Heaven right now. Love you Vernon and we will NEVER 4get you.
