Wilma “Joyce” Foster Weiss was born on July 1, 1941 to Charles and Christine Foster.  Joyce was one of six children. She is survived by her brother Ronnie Foster and sister Denny Hall.  Brothers John, Pete and Robert Foster all preceded her in death.

Joyce was the mother of six children.  Wilma Rader, Kimberla Uhls, Marc Chance, Brent Chance and Jana Chance.  She has 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Joyce was an employee of RCA Records and Community East Hospital.  Joyce was a lifelong member of the Church Of Christ.

Joyce was a very giving and caring person.  She will be missed dearly here on earth, but we rejoice for she is now in the presence of her heavenly Father.

  3. I was so very sorry to hear about Joyce. She gave me such joy with her hugs and smiles, I am so blessed to have known her. My heart breaks for all of her family and friends who love her. Miss Joyce will be always in my heart and will never be forgotten.

    Our names are Irene and Diana. We work with Wilma, her daughter . Our prayers and love go out to the entire family. We are sorry for your loss. We can only imagine what you all must be going through. The bible gives hope for our love ones that have passed away. “He will swallow up death forever and ….Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces…”Isaiah 25:8. John 5:28, and 29 says we will see them again. I hope this comforts the family.
