Alexander De’von Anderson

Entered this world on June 26, 1983, born to Sheila (Moss) Ferguson and Shawn B. Anderson. On Friday, July 7, 2017 at 2:50am at the young age of 34, Alexander transitioned from this life to begin his new life among the angles.
Alexander, also known as “Alex” or “D” attended Warren Central High School where he played the Bass in the Orchestra. Alex accepted Jesus as his personal Savior at the early age of 8 years old. He was baptized by Pastor Fitzhugh Lyons of Galilee Baptist Church.
Alexander enjoyed cooking, laughing, joking, listening to music, and most of all hanging out with his family and friends.
Alex leaves to cherish his memories to: his mother and stepfather, Sheila (James) Ferguson; father, Shawn Anderson; two children: daughter, Alexa Croom; son, Alexander Lee Anderson; grandparents, Leona and Phillip Moss; six sisters: his twin Alexandria Michelle Moss, Melody Love Moss, Jana’ee Easterling, Shanae Easterling, BreShawn Anderson, and BreShae Anderson; three brothers: Daniel (Taffanie) Scott Moss Sr., Stephen Shawn Anderson, and Melvin Lewis Johnson Jr.; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends that will miss him dearly. His brother, Matthew Easterling, precedes him in death.
A Going Home Service will be at 12noon on Friday, July 21, 2017, at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services, 5215 N. Shadeland Avenue, with visitation starting at 11am until the time of service. Burial to follow at Sutherland Park Cemetery, Indianapolis, Indiana.
