Annie Brown

Annie Brown, 94, of Indianapolis, passed away on March 25, 2019. She re-joined her late husband Chester Brown. Annie was born in Kentucky to the late John Harrison and Flora Belle (Lowhorn) Spears. Annie had worked for many years at the Chevrolet Plant. Her hobbies included bingo, and bowling, she was an excellent bowler, gambling and her many trips to Shelbyville.
She leaves behind her son, Randy (Brenda) Mathews 6 grandchildren, Ronnie (Colby) Mathews, Penny Mathews, Scott Mathews, Robin McGlothlin, Shane (Maria) Toland, Ryan (Linzie) Mathews, great-grandchildren, Jeremy, Kiana, Erin, Lauren, Madeline, Alexander, and Conrad Mathews, Donald Wayne, Tyler, Samantha, Jonathan, and Annabelle, McGlothlin, and Aaron and Heather Toland. One great-great-grandson Jayven Mathews.
Annie was preceded in death by 2 sons, John and Larry Mathews, and 2 brothers and 1 sister.
There will be a visitation held on Monday April 1, 2019 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services – Indianapolis 1604 West Morris Street. A graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. at Floral Park Cemetery in Indianapolis.
