Beverly Ann Sarvis

Beverly Ann Sarvis, born on April 7, 1962, in Dayton, Ohio, passed away peacefully on January 31, 2025, in Anderson, Indiana, surrounded by loved ones. She was 62 years old.

Beverly had a heart full of love, warmth, and kindness that she shared with all who knew her. A woman of simple joys, she loved the company of her family, the beauty of nature, and the happiness of her grandchildren. Beverly had a deep affection for Mickey Mouse, enjoyed planting flowers, and found solace in watching hummingbirds flutter by. She also cherished the quiet moments spent fishing and feeding the ducks at Shadyside Pond. Above all, Beverly’s greatest love was for her children and grandchildren. Her family was her world, and she dedicated her life to their care and happiness.

Beverly is survived by her beloved spouse, Keith Grooms; children Jeremy Sarvis, Robert Sarvis, James Sarvis, and Savannah Grooms; siblings Barbara Davenport, Brenda Clark, Karrol Hammock, James Clark, and Samantha Foust; brother-in-law Terry Sarvis; and a large extended family of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends who will forever cherish her memory.

She was preceded in death by her parents Billie Clark and Carl Davenport Sr., as well as her siblings Carlotta Sarvis, Carl Davenport Jr., Karen Clark, and Jason Davenport.

Beverly’s gentle spirit, unwavering love, and joyful presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. A life lived with such dedication to family and nature will be remembered fondly by all who loved her. May her soul rest in peace, and may her family find comfort in the countless memories she leaves behind.

Services will take place Friday February 7th at Legacy Cremation and Funeral Services. Visitation will take place from 2-4 with service at 4. Special thank you to all of Beverly’s caregivers.
