He was born in Marion County, Indiana to Douglas Wagers and Shirley Deaton (Long) on September 25, 1966.
He lived most of his life in Marion County Indiana, with a short period in southern Kentucky. He attended school in Marion County, Indiana, obtaining his GED in Putnam County, IN.
He worked and specialized in welding… both in a factory and industrial services.
Bobby loved his children, family and friends. He had many friends whom he cherished… and was the type of person who knew no strangers.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Deaton (Long).
Services will be held Friday, March 13, 2020 at 4pm. Visitation is scheduled for friends and relatives at 3pm to 4pm at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services, 5215 N Shadeland, Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46226.
