Bobby Gene Collins, age 88, passed away on March 27, 2021 at St. Vincent Anderson. He was born on June 18, 1932 to the late Hugh and Agnes Collins.

Bobby served in the United States Air Force, during the Korean War. He worked for General Motors for 46 years before retiring. He was an extremely hard worker and would always do anything for anyone in need. He was an avid sports fan through and through. He had a huge heart and loved his family deeply. His children would describe him as super-man. He will be thoroughly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Bobby is survived by his children Paula Jarrett (John Voss), Jim Collins (Debbie), Barb Poston (Mark), Bobby Collins Jr. (Tia), Becky Goen (Aaron), Matthew Collins, and Montana Collins; 6 step-children; 22 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and special friends Steve Lindsay, Bill Green, Tony Charriez, Timothy Logue, and Randy Walker.

He is preceded in death by his wife Becky Collins; parents listed above; brothers Bill Collins and Junior Collins; and twin sister Betty Thomas.

A visitation will be held on April 1, 2021 from 2-3pm with a funeral service at 3pm at Legacy Cremation and Funeral Service – Anderson. Burial will take place at Pleasant Walk Cemetery in Anderson.
