Bobby Glenn Raikes Jr.

Bobby Glenn Raikes, Jr., 48, of Indianapolis, passed away on February 6, 2022. He was born on August 16, 1973, in Morehead, KY to Bobby Sr. and Shirley (Rice) Raikes. Bobby graduated from Rowan County High School in Morehead, Kentucky. He attended Vincennes University, where he received his electrician certificate. Bobby worked for Conagra Foods in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was a member of First Baptist church of Morehead, Kentucky.

Bobby loved to fish, hunt, listen to music, go to the beach and spend time with his family. He was a die-hard Kentucky Wildcat, San Francisco 49ers, and Cincinnati Reds fan. He was a very hard worker, who took pride in everything he did.

He is preceded in death by his parents Glenn and Shirley Raikes, and his brother Stuart Raikes.

Bobby is survived by his wife, Stacy Raikes; and three sons, Zack, Cameron, Jordan Raikes. His granddaughter Winter Raikes and two stepsons, Zach and Riley Hargis.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Morehead, Kentucky on Friday February 11, 2022, at Trinity Christian Fellowship, 5037 W Main St, Morehead, Kentucky, 40351. There will be a Family and Friends gathering at 4:00 to 5:00 PM, immediately following will be the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kentucky Wildlife Fishing/Hunting or Trinity Christian Fellowship or your own organization of choice.
