Bonnie K. Russell

Bonnie Katheen Russell, 85, of Indianapolis, passed away on July 1, 2019. She was born on July 18, 1933 in Morgantown, WV to the late Asher and Olga (Chipps) Everly. Bonnie graduated from Morgantown High School in 1951. She was a beauty consultant at Lazarus and Von Maur, retiring in 2000. Bonnie was a member of Lawrence United Methodist Church, where she sang in the choir for many years.

Bonnie loved to sing and talk to people.

She is preceded in death by her sons, Mark Russell and James Russell; and parents, mentioned above.

Bonnie is survived by her sons, Donald E. Russell II (Teresa), John Russell (Mary), and Edward Russell (Sharon); grandchildren, Petra Klingstein (Benjamin), Joseph (Sydney), Atira and Ashley.

There will be a memorial service at 11:00 am on Friday, July 5, 2019 at Lawrence United Methodist Church, 5200 N. Shadeland Avenue, with a gathering starting at 10:30am. Arrangements provided by Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services – Lawrence.
