Camerina Flores

Camerina Flores, of Indianapolis, passed away August 2, 2023. Camerina was 86 years old, and she was born in Zacatecas, Mexico, on August 14, 1936.

Camerina is survived by her son, Martin (Bertha) Flores, and her granddaughters: Jasmine Flores-Jimenez, Estefani Flores-Jimenez, and Camila Flores-Jimenez. Idalmis Cruz and Emanuel Castro are also left to cherish her memory. Carmelina is also survived by her brothers: Juan De Dias Anaya, Leopold Flores, and Guadalupe Flores.

Camerina also had many adoring nieces including Maria Consuelo Anaya Perez, Raquel De La Rosa, Maria del Carmen De La Rosa, Lorena De La Rosa, Esperanza Anaya, Angelica Anaya, Alicia Anaya, Margarita Anaya, Rosario Anaya, Maria del Jesus Anaya, Velia Anaya, Maria Del Refujio Anaya, Cristina Valdez, Karyna Valdez, and Raquel Flores. In addition, Camerina Flores also leaves behind many nephews including Cayetano De La Rosa, Salvador De La Rosa, Oscar De La Rosa, Manuel Anaya, Enrique Anaya, Arturo Anaya, Arnulfo Anaya, Abel Valdez, Juan Anaya, and Alfredo Anaya.

There will be a visitation for family and friends of Camerina Flores at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services, 1604 W. Morris St., Indianapolis. The visitation will begin at noon and conclude at 1:00PM with a funeral service to follow. Burial will be at Floral Park Cemetery, Indianapolis.
