It is with great sadness that the family of Cara Lynn Robbins announce her passing on September 17, 2024. She was born on October 28, 1966, in Anderson, IN. Cara graduated from Highland High School in 1983.
Cara is survived by her son Chase Craver; grandchildren Emma Craver and Jackson Craver; parents Ronald and Jackie Clendenin; sister Megan (Patrick) Williams; brother Michael Clendenin; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Cara was preceded in death by a daughter, Cori Lynn Clendenin-Craver; brother Douglas Clendenin; maternal grandparents Douglas and Nancy Strunk; paternal grandparents Viola Clendenin Moore and Robert Clendenin.
Cora loved spending time with her grandchildren and being outside, going on nature walks. She loved everything about the earth and what she could grow, beautiful rocks and all things natural. She especially loved babies and every animal she came across.
At the family’s request, there will be a celebration of Cara’s life on her birthday weekend, Saturday October 26, 2024, at 2 PM. Friends are invited to gather with the family at the Chesterfields American Legion,5100 Mounds Road, Anderson, IN, 46017. Memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Protection League.
