Carolyn Sue Cooper Taliaferro

Carolyn Sue (Cooper) Taliaferro, 78, was born March 6, 1943 in South-Portsmouth, KY to Goldie Mae Jewett and James Cooper, but resided most of her life in Anderson, Indiana.

She worked in the auditor’s office at the Madison County Government’s Center for over 20 years where she later retired.

She loved to be outside on hot-warm days. She loved to play bingo but most of all, she loved to be around family and friends.

She leaves behind all her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews to love and cherish her memories.

Grandchildren: Nathan Taliaferro, Brandon Taliaferro, Jessica Taliaferro, Alexus Kerns, and Cheyenne Taliaferro.

Great-grandchildren: Demarus Taliaferro, Cameron Taliaferro, Caleb Taliaferro, Alivia Taliaferro, Brandon Taliaferro Jr., Elizabeth Turner, Asjia Turner, and Granger Sanderson.

Great-great-grandchildren: Carter Brashear and Jaxson Taliaferro.

She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Taliaferro and son John Allen Taliaferro.

A visitation will be held on Thursday December 23, 2021 at Legacy Cremation and Funeral Service – Anderson from 3-5pm.
