Charles Ralph Miller Jr.

Charles Ralph Miller Jr., 79, passed away May 12, 2021 in Anderson, surrounded by his family after an extended illness.

Charles was born April 22, 1942 to Charles and Helen Miller in Toledo, OH. He graduated from Madison Heights High School in 1960. He then retired from Barber Manufacturing after working 47 years.

Charles enjoyed spending time with his family, especially watching all his grandchildren play sports. He was an avid Ohio State and Cleveland Indians fan. He loved to cook, especially his favorite, chili. To his grandchildren he was known as PawPaw, in which he played a very special part in their lives.

Charles leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Dianna Miller, to which he was married to for 57 years; daughters Shari (Harold) Bannister and Stacie Miller; grandchildren Alexa (Anthony) Wilson, Spenser Miller, Jaide (Nichol) Fulk, Steffan White, Sharice Jones, Savanah Jones, Jansen Stennis; sister Sandra (Don) Imler; great-grandchildren Daelen, Tamari, Aaliyah, Aylah, Nova, Navi, Zaylie; an special friends Melvin (Vickie) Hensley.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Helen Miller; son Scott Miller; brother Dennis Miller; sister Diane Paschal; and in-laws John and Frances Maupin.

The family would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

A visitation will be held on Monday May 17, 2021 from 1-3pm with a funeral service beginning at 3pm at Legacy Cremation and Funeral Service – Anderson. Burial will take place at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
