Charline Elliot

Charline Elliott, 49, of Indianapolis, passed away on February 21, 2023.  Charline was born on September 19, 1973 in Indianapolis, to the late, Donald and Beulah Elliot.  Charline loved and took care of her family. She is survived by her daughter, Rhiannan Phillips, and step-daughters, Shoncie (Jess) Bollinger and Tiffany Phillips, grandchildren, Dilon Livingston, Jonathon Livingston,  Connor Bollinger, Maquinzie Phillips, along with her great-grandson, Henry Marth.  She also leaves behind, her sisters, Donna Moreno, Patricia (Ray) Mitchell, Anette Edwards, her brothers, Tonly Elliott, Scott Elliott, Dwight Elliott.  As well as, 10 nieces and nephews and 11 great nieces and nephews.  She was proceeded in death by her parents, Donald and Beulah Elliott, her long term love, Paul Phillips, her nephew, William Elliott and sister-in-law, Kathy Elliott.  Service for Charline will be held on Friday March 3, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation from 12:00 noon until service time at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services – Indianapolis.  Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.
