Chelsea Rene Mcneely

Chelsea Rene McNeely, 19 of Summerville, South Carolina was called to her heavenly home on October 06, 2021.  She is the daughter of Christopher McNeely and Carrie Rene Butrum. She was born November 26, 2001 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

She is a graduate of Ben Davis High School class of 2020.  Shortly after graduation Chelsea set off for South Carolina to attend college and plan to study Marine Biology. She was loving, vibrant, self-motivated, and very kind hearted.  Some of her most loved things were sunrises, sunsets, her dog Nova and kitty cat Bella.  She loved being with her family and friends. She was so proud to be an Aunt of 5 niece and nephews.

Left to cherish her memory is her Mother; Carrie Rene Butrum, Father; Christopher McNeely, Sisters; Caley and Breona, Brother; Rylan, Uncle; Devon and her Aunt; Quintonna (Bell), Grandparents; George and Betty Combs & Joan Witt, and her Boyfriend Lee. She was preceded in death by her Papaw Odis, Mamaw Teresa, and Grandpa Cecil.

Chelsea was loved by all her family and friends and will be missed very much.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2021 from 11:00AM until 1:30PM at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services-Indianapolis, with funeral to begin at 1:30PM.  Burial to follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery located in Greenwood, Indiana.
