Christopher Dewitt Smith

Christopher Dewitt Smith, 65, of Indianapolis, IN passed away unexpectedly on May 13, 2020 in Greenfield, Indiana.
He was born on July 26, 1954 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry H. and Patricia A. (Sheeley) Smith and great-granddaughter Aubree Farmer.
He is survived by his daughter, Arielle C. Smith and her partner Tommy Scrogham, granddaughters Taylor Smith, Ashley and Shelby Scrogham and great-grandson Brayden Smith, his sisters and their spouses; Carla and Randy Abbott, Tami and Breck Sparks, Traci and Kevin Scott and six nephews and three nieces. He is also survived by long-time love, Mary Mullikin and her two sons, Patrick and Julian.
Chris was a graduate of Mt. Lebanon High School in Mt. Lebanon, PA. He served in the U.S. Navy and was proud of his time on the USS Saratoga.
A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
