Clyde Allen Myers

70, of Indianapolis, passed away on September 26, 2017. He was born on January 28, 1947 to the late Clyde Albert Myers and Mary Katherine (Stone) Larrison. Allen served his country in the US Air Force as a medic at Wright Patterson Air Force base in Ohio. He then went to work for Carrier for 50 years as a tool and die maker. Allen was planning on retiring next year. He was a member of the Good Guys Hot Rod Club, and loved going to car and motorcycle shows.
Allen is preceded in death by his parents mentioned above. He is survived by siblings, Bill (Connie) Myers and Mary “Amy” McDonald; half siblings, Estella Darlene Hobson and John Everett Myers; 5 nieces, 2 nephews, and 2 great-nephews; along with many cousins.
Funeral service will be 2pm on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services – Lawrence, 5215 N. Shadeland Avenue, with visitation from 10am until the time of service. Burial to follow at Washington Park East Cemetery, Indianapolis, Indiana.
