David Eugene Pardue, a man of great love and adventure, passed away unexpectedly in Anderson, Indiana, on June 9, 2024. He was born on June 15, 1972, in the same city he called home throughout his life.
David was known for his passion for nature and adventure. He found joy in attending concerts, watching racing events, and floating down the river. His love for model cars and country cruising were among his favorite hobbies. However, the most profound love in his life was reserved for his son a bond that he cherished above all else. David was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in, showcasing his selfless and loving nature.
David is survived by son Damon Pardue (Destiny Shoultz); Soon to be grandson Drayvin Luke-Eugene Pardue, mother Linda Mendenhall, companion dog Anubious, sister Missy Stansberry, brother Tim Wright, Niece Amanda Jenkins, Nephews Wade Law, Phillip Bunch, Jacobie Redman. Uncle Jeff Patz, Family Gloria and Paul Allison, Jimbo Wilhoite, Jeremy Bearden, Tommy Cokley, A.J. Greewalt, Ben Jarrett, Jim Warner, Nick Warner, Audrey Shambaugh.
He is preceded in death by Father Jack Pardue, brother Stacy Ray Pardue, uncle Alan Ray Hunnel, grandparents Vivian Ringgo, Eveline Patz, Hub Patz, Ray Hunnel, Mary Ann Cokley.
Family and friends will gather to remember David at a visitation on June 14, 2024, starting at 3:00 PM at Legacy Funeral Home, 504 W 9th St, Anderson. A funeral service will follow at the same location from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, where loved ones will pay their final respects.
