Dawn Annette Taliaferro, of Anderson, IN entered into eternal rest on January 5th, 2025. She born on March 25, 1970 to Violet Kolenda and Terrance Hutchison in Springfield, Illinois.
Dawn was known for her vibrant spirit and compassionate heart. She had a deep love for NASCAR, camping, motorcycle rides, and attending races. Above all, she cherished spending time with her grandchildren and family. Dawn's fun-loving nature, kindness, and unwavering love touched everyone she met.
She is survived by her children, Brandon Taliaferro and Jessica (Antoine) Turner; grandchildren, Brandon Taliaferro Jr., Lizzy Turner, and Asjia Turner. Dawn is also survived by her siblings, David (Brenda) Trueblood, Tim Trueblood, Terry Hutchison, Brian (Lisa) Hutchison, and Jeff Rude. Her memory will be lovingly carried on by her many nieces and nephews: David Alan Trueblood, Shyanne (Mark) Hampton, Shantelle (Drew) Christman, Shalee (Dahrius) Boborcan, Cody Trueblood, Danielle Trueblood, Ashton Hutchison, Dustin (Autumn) Rehmel, Megan (Jon) Edgell, Morgan Hutchison, Austin Rude, Avvieyanna Rude, and Jace Rude. She also leaves behind her special sister-in-law, Jackie Humerickhouse.
Dawn was preceded in death by her parents and her dear friend, Penny Maxwell.
Her warmth, laughter, and loving presence will be deeply missed but forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
