Donald Lawrence Mason

Donald L. Mason passed away on November 9, 2020. He was born on December 6, 1933 in West Fork, IN to the late Lawrence and Ada (Newton) Mason.

Don graduated from English High School. He served in the Army and was a dye setter/utility man for Delco Remy, where we worked for over 40 years. He was a member of Riverview Church of Christ in Christian Union in Alexandria, IN.

Don was preceded in death by his wife Doris; 4 brothers Darrel, Merle, Earl, and Gary Mason; sister Hazel Speedy.

He is survived by his brother Allen Mason; 4 daughters Tammy (Tim) Sachs, Julie (William) Figel, Ann (Ikuo painter) Mason, and Traci Mason; grandchildren Teagan (Shannon Young) Sachs, Jared L. Mason, Cameron B. Kern, Farrah Figel, Destiny (Sam) Pennington; great-granddaughter Ellie Pennington; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services were handled by Legacy Cremation and Funeral Services – Anderson and will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or Riverview Church of Christ in Christion Union.
