Donald Ray Cummins

Donald Cummins, 86 passed away on April 9, 2022. He was born on February 7, 1936 in Amo, Indiana, to Chester and Nannie Cummins. Donald retired from Ford as an assembly line worker and spent his time racing cars and watching basketball. His race car was #48 and was his pride and joy.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 34 years, Helen Douglas Cummins; children, Randy Cummins, Mike Cummins (Kathy), Stacy French (Doug), Mary Bort (Fred), Tina Jones (David) and Aaron Cummins (Katie); step-children, Barbara Spangler (Joe), Michael Clements, Patrick Clements, Belynda Gilpin (Jeff); 17 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and his siblings, Gerald Cummins and Gracie Cummins. 2 step-children preceded him in death, Bethany and
James Clements.

Donald’s final resting place will be at Washington Park East Cemetery, Indianapolis, IN followed by a private memorial gathering with family and friends.
