Dorothy Louise Ballard

28, of Indianapolis, passed away June 3, 2016. Dorothy was born on December 3, 1987 to parents, Kathy Ann (Woolsey) Ballard and Curtis Ballard, Jr. She graduated from Kaplan College, with a degree in Medical Assistance. Dorothy was fun-loving, generous, compassionate and a bit stubborn at times. She adored her family and enjoyed spending time together with them.

She is survived by her mother, Kathy A. Ballard; father, Curtis Ballard, Jr.; two daughters, CamiyaMarie Daniels and Ava Grace; siblings: Curtis M. Ballard, III, Sara Newton and James B. Woolsey; aunts, Cassie Woolsey, Rita Gilley, Melinda Ballard and Cindy Kirby; uncles, Robert Woolsey, James Woolsey, Larry Allen and Kevin Ballard;niece, Lexus Clark; and nephews: Caleb Ballard, Cory Ballard, Curtis Ballard,Eric Ballard, Devin Newton and Quentin Newton.

Services will be1pm on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services –Lawrence, with visitation from 10am until the time of service. Entombment to follow at Washington Park East Cemetery, Indianapolis, Indiana.

Memorial contributions may be made to Brandywine Community Church towards their Outreach Program.
