Dorothy was born on January 18, 1931 in Halls, Tennessee to the late Earl and Gennie (Bryant) Davis. She met and married the love of her life Elvis Olds, on August 5, 1944 and remained in love until his passing that took him from her after 45 years of marriage. Left to cherish her memories are her 5 children, Gerald (Bobbie) Olds, Larry (Judy) Olds, Susie Parkerson, Randy (Tami) Olds, and Tammy (Ken) Carnagua. 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren, and her brother, Earl Davis. She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Gennie, husband Elvis and granddaughter Melissa Sue Burton. Dorothy was a true southern belle whose main job in life was to provide a wonderful and loving home, she accomplished that flawlessly with a fun and wild sense of humor. She loved flowers (with a special favor for pink) and working in her yard.
