Ella Frances Baily-King was born February 14, 1929 to Mamie Gardner-Baily and Richard Baily. She departed this life May 18, 2019 at 90 years of age. Frances worked in the nursing field for American Nursing Home Healthcare for many years and retired from Aluminum Finishing. Ella Francis Baily-King was a pillar in the community and was affectionately known as “Grandma” and “Momma King” by many. She was proceeded in death by her son Gregory king, step-daughter Beverly King, and her loving husband of 47 years Julius King Sr. Frances leaves to cherish her memory her children Richard Leslie, Vanessa King-Lyles, Julius King jr. (Carol), Mark King (Tammy), Kaye Thornell (Bill), and Grandson Mark Johnson; three step children Jackie King-Mendoza, Sandra King-Zinnerman, Larry King; three generations of grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, loving family members and friends.
