Ellen M. Hartley

Ellen M. Hartley 92, of Indianapolis.  Heaven got another angel on May 26, 2021.  Ellen was born on October 24, 1928 to the late Charles and Marie Johnson in Indianapolis.  She married Mr. William Arbie Hartley in Indianapolis.  He preceded her in death.  Ellen was a homemaker and an Avon representative for 26 years.  She attended church regularly and was very devout.  Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Judy Curry, Janice Eastes, and Nancy Hartley.  Other survivors include her 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 13 great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by 1 son, William “Bill” Hartley Jr. 2 brothers and 3 sisters.  Service for Ellen will be held on Thursday June 3, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services – Indianapolis, with visitation from 12:00 noon until service time at the funeral home.  Burial will follow the service at Floral Park Cemetery.
