Elsie Fay Lindsey Gregory

Elsie Fay Lindsey Gregory, age 80, passed away on January 15, 2021.  She was born on May 16, 1940 in Knoxville, Tennessee to the late Coy and Christine Lindsey, she was the youngest of three children.  Elsie was employed and gave her all to several places in her life, but the longest and last was at Wild Wood Heath Care Center in the dietary department, where she retired from.  Elsie loved reading her suspense romance books, she also enjoyed watching the game show network and going to the casino.  (Where she had been anxiously waiting to go, but hadn’t been able due to the pandemic.) She always wanted a McDonald hamburger and Diet Pepsi brought back to here when her daughter was out and would always make sure all knew the temperature and if it was going to snow.  Elsie is preceded in death by her parents Coy and Christine Lindsey, sister, Mary A. Humphrey and grandson, Joshua L. Reynolds.  She is survived by her daughter Carolyn (Gregory) Reynolds and husband John Davis, Grandchildren, Michael Reynolds and Lindsay Reynolds (Forester Gray), and her 5 great grandchildren, Emily Reynolds, Jeremiah Clark, Justine Holden – Reynolds, Joshua Reynolds, and Maddelyn Reynolds, her brother, Billy H. Lindsey and wife Betty Lindsey.  Elsie will be greatly missed by all that new her.
