Emily Kathleen Chapman

Emily Kathleen Chapman, 22 of Indianapolis, Indiana left her earthly home on July 6, 2022.

She was born August 19, 1999, in Indianapolis, Indiana to her parents Michael Chapman

and Marcy Chapman- Parker.

Emily enjoyed shopping.  She enjoyed it so much that she got a job at Goodwill.  Her favorite place. Along with shopping she enjoyed doing

make-up, painting, coloring, journaling, going to parks, and keeping everything together in her day planners.

Above any of her favorite things to do, her favorite was spending time with her pride and joy, her daughter. She also enjoyed teasing her stepdad James.

Her favorite color was yellow. Bright and beautiful just like her.

Left to cherish her memory are her parents Michael Chapman (Tina Melton), Marcy Chapman-Parker (James Parker), daughter; Isabella Kay Monday (Lil Fruit Loop), sisters; Tiffany Dill, Catie Parker, Hannah Parker, Chelsea McKenney, Rhonda Stevenson, and Kelli Alexander, brothers; Shawn Chapman, Nicholas Collins, and Josh Melton, grandparents; John (Kay) Jinks, and her 2 kitties Molly and Missy.

Emily was preceded in death by her grandparents; Mary McLerran, Janet Parrish, and her Mimi.

Family and friends are invited to a Memorial service on July 23, 2022, from at 10am and will promptly conclude at 1130am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter – Day Saints 900 East Stop 11 Road, Indianapolis, IN  46227.  A gathering of family and friends’ luncheon will follow immediately after services at 8103 Meadow Lane, Indianapolis, IN  46227.

Family has requested in lieu of flowers; that donations for her daughter Isabella be made.
