Emily Michelle Apostolakis

Emily Michelle Apostolakis, 23 years young, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away Monday, June 24^th 2019. She was born February 20^th 1996 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Daughter to Alexander John Apostolakis and Regina Lynn (Eastman) Apostolakis; Sister to Julie, Jason, and Cassie; Aunt to Traycen; Acting Mother to Kayden and Aaliyah; Loved by Aaron Walters.

What we wouldn’t give to see and touch your face one more time. You are gone too soon. We were not ready for it, and we never will be. So many words left to say, so many stories left to tell. Now we are only left with the memories that you have graced us with.

Emily was the most fun-loving compassionate person, who always had a child in her arms. She may not have had her own, but she touched so many of their lives. Emily lived life to the fullest regardless of the consequences. Emily always had a smile on her face that would light up your soul. She would befriend a stranger in a matter of moments. Anyone who was blessed with the privilege of meeting her was instantly enchanted by her bubbly personality. She was never easily forgotten and always the life of every party.

Emily has been helping raise Kayden and Aaliyah for 4 years. She loved and adored them as her own and protected them with everything she lived for. She loved her family and friends with her entire soul. She was everyone’s shoulder to lean on and listening ear. Emily touched so many people’s lives in such a short amount of time on this earth.

Emily will never be forgotten as she has left her mark on each one of us. Part of her lives on in each memory we share and each beautiful smile she graced us with. Emily would want us all to celebrate her life and not mourn her tragic departure because if anything Emily Michelle lived every day like it was her last.

Visitation will be from 11am to 2pm on Monday, July 1, 2019 at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services, 5215 N. Shadeland Avenue, with a service to start at 2pm.  Burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Indianapolis, IN.
