Francisco “Frank” Bazan, 82, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away on July 16, 2022. He was born on November 20, 1939, in Pharr, TX to the late Jose and Agnes Bazan. Frank moved to Indianapolis, IN in 1964. He was a professional chef at many hotels, including the Hilton Hotel. Frank took pride in his culinary skills and loved to cook Mexican Feasts for anyone who would sit at his table. His favorite dish to make were chimichangas. And he was always proud to show off his cigarette trick.
He is preceded in death by his parents, mentioned above; along with his brother, Pedro Bazan of TX.
Frank is survived by his wife of 40+ years, Evelyn Bazan; children in IN, Lisa Williams, Nick Bazan (Crystal), Carl, Billy, Randy, JoAnn, and Freddy; children in TX, Mary Esther Bazan Rodriguez, Diana Bazan Salazar, Willie Joe Bazan Sifuentes, and Frank Bazan Sifuentes; siblings, Joe Bazan Jr., Carlos Bazan, Santiago Bazan, Ramon Bazan, Elias Bazan, and Jesus Bazan; along with many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
