Georgianna Bitner

Georgianna Bitner, age 68, of Anderson, passed away after an extended illness on July 6, 2021 at Countryside Manor in Anderson. She was born on January 17, 1953 to Donald L. Fulp Sr. and Marilyn Fulp Seal.

Georgianna was a truck driver for Carter Express for over 18 years, retiring in 2020. Gambling, yard work, and spending time with her nieces and nephews were among her favorite hobbies. When she could, she loved to go fishing. She was a quiet, private, independent person who was always willing to help anyone and be there for her family. She was a “tell ya like it is” type of person and those who knew her loved her for it.  She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her mother Marilyn Fulp Seal; siblings Claudia Morrison, Shelly Robbins (Andy), Linda Norris, Jackie Hayes, and Lu Hughes; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her father Donald L. Fulp Sr., son Donald Bitner, stepfather Jack Seal, and siblings Mark Fulp and Donald L. Fulp Jr.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, July 12, 2021 from 3-5pm at Legacy Cremation and Funeral Service – Anderson.  Cremation will take place at a later time. Burial will take place with her son at Maplewood Cemetery at a later date.
