Hattie Mae Keihn

Hattie Mae Keihn, age 76, of Alexandria, passed away on November 18, 2019 after an extended illness. She was born on January 6, 1943 to the late William and Mildred Myers.

Hattie had two dogs that she loved dearly, Eli and Zoey. She loved spending time with her family, going to flea markets, and trying out new restaurants. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Hattie is survived by her children Tina (Steve) Garrett, Valerie Ligon, Bud “Boyce Jr.” (Amanda) Keihn, and Michael (Becky) Keihn; and grandchildren Kara (Ian) Palmer, Devon Keihn, Chase (Brittany) Keihn, Kristin Ligon, Alexus Kerns, Cheyenne Taliaferro, and Cohen Palmer.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Boyce Keihn Sr.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Madison County Humane Society in memory of Hattie.

At her request, a private family Celebration of Life will take place later. Cremation services were handled through Legacy Cremation and Funeral Service – Anderson.
