Inez Clare Bell

Inez Clare (Miller) Bell, known to her family as Clare, passed away March 16, 2023.  She was born in Watertown NY June 18,1941 to Gerald and Janice Miller. Clare spent her life in Anderson, attending St Mary School, Ball State University and retiring from Guide Lamp. The loves of her life were her sons, Donnie, Richard and Mike (Mandy Hoefner).  They were the most important people in her life and she never wavered in her love and devotion to them.  She adored her grandchildren Casey Kelley, Cory Bell and Mikayla Bell, and her great grandson Malachi Smith. Clare was a champion bowler, a voracious reader, volunteer, a great friend, excellent cook, Aunt, and dog lover.  Clare had a very interesting perspective on life, could always laugh at herself and was always entertaining! Clare was preceded in death by her parents, her son Richard Lee Bell, grandson Cory Wade Bell, brothers Joseph Miller, Gerald Miller Jr and nephew Steven Brose. Clare loved her family deeply and spent a lot of time with her sisters Carolyn (Nicky) Brose and Patti Fox and brothers in law Earl (Butch) Brose and Herb Fox. She loved and was interested in the lives of all her nieces and nephews.  In her most difficult moments Clare never lost faith or hope or her laughter and joy.  She was a true example of how to remain faithful in the most trying circumstances.  We are confident she resides in heaven at peace and rest with our Lord Jesus Christ.
