James Eugene Plymate

James Eugene Plymate, age 77, of Indianapolis, passed away on August 19, 2020.  He was born on February 6, 1943 in Shelbyville, Indiana to the late Walter and Roberta Plymate. He retired from National Starch and chemical after 30 years of service.  James is survived by three sons, Brian, Tony, and Jimmy and three brothers, Dick, Charlie, and Bobby, four sisters, Pat, Mary, Linda, and Sharon, grandchildren, Anthony, Cora, and Larissa, great-granddaughter, Skyleigh and his beloved dog Josie.  James was preceded in passing by his parents Walter and Roberta and by his son Dustin Plymate, brother Shorty, and sisters, Carolyn, Nancy and Betty.  Hel loved coaching little league baseball at Carnine Little League.  Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services assisted the family with arrangements.
