Jason Scott Lewis

Jason Scott Lewis, 42, passed away on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at his home in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was born to Daniel and Carlin (Patches) Lewis on October 31, 1978.

Jason worked as a masonry/construction worker.  He had a huge heart and had a great sense of humor. Jason loved any and every one he came in contact with.

Jason is survived by his son, Jason Lewis Jr; his sisters Shannon (John) Dubecky, Tonya (Shelton) Parrish, Kelly (William) Gray, his brothers; Chester Lewis, Daniel Lewis Jr; his niece, Makala (Luke) Scott; his nephews, Cain Vaughn, Kyle Dubecky; his great niece; Lakynn Scott and several other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Carlin (Patches) Lewis; and his grandmother, Bessie Wooldridge.

Jason’s friends and family may visit from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at 1604 W Morris St Indianapolis, Indiana 46221. Funeral Service will follow at 1:00 p.m. The service will end at Concordia Cemetery, 2703 S Meridian St, Indianapolis, Indiana 46225.
