Jay Michael Parkhurst

Jay Michael Parkhurst, 41, passed away peacefully on May 8, 2018. He was born to Henry H. and Sheila (York) Parkhurst on April 3, 1977. He was loved and will be missed by many.

Jay was a caregiver.
Left to treasure Jay’s memory is his mother, Sheila Parkhurst; grandfather, Richard Runyan; aunt, Pam Meisner; siblings, Allan, Dawn (Dwayne), Tommy, Liane, Traci (Evan), and David; half sister and brother, Alisa and James; 26 nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews.
Preceding Jay in death is his grandmother, Martha Runyan; grandparents, America and Parkie; uncle, Mike Meisner; uncle, Mike York; best friend, Jason Brown; and father, Jack Tilley.
Visitation is Monday, May 14 from 11:00 – 1:00 at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services.
