Jeffrey W. Simmons Jr

Jeffrey W. Simmons Jr, 6, of Indianapolis, Indiana left his earthly home and was welcome into heaven on May 21, 2022.  Jeffrey was born on March 17, 2016, to his parents Jeffrey W. Simmons Sr and Tiara Smith.  With Jeffrey being born on St. Patrick’s Day, his family would refer to him as their “Lucky Charm”.

Jeffrey was born with a condition called SMA type #1.  This did not stop him for being a typicall 6-year-old little boy.  He loved the Incredible Hulk, watching cartoons, snuggling with all his favorite stuffed animals, and his pets.  He loved his dogs Khaos and Kandi and his kitty cat Royal.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his mommy and daddy; siblings: Makenzia Simmons, Kaydence Scruggs, Kolton Yowler, Bailery Yowler, Kyzaac Simmons and Jerricka Simmons; grandparents: Phillip and Cindy Smith, Howard and Sara Bradley, and Jeffrey and Angie Simmons.  The family also want to acknowledge his nurse, Melinda.
