Jorell Issaiah Velez Jr was born on Thursday January 17th, 2002 @11:26 pm and passed away Wednesday May 3rd, 2023 @12:22pm. Jorell was a kind “old soul” funny, so smart, outgoing, just genuinely a great person to be blessed to be around. He loved to play video games, even as a toddler he had to play his “neme” Jorell was so positive that he would kick cancers ass that the gaming community had no idea of what he was going thru. Jorell truly was so strong, he fought to the very last breathe. Jorell will always be an inspiration and will be remembered as Superman. Jorell leaves behind both parents Christina Shriner, Jorell Velez, his sister Alie’scia Velez, his chosen brother Chris Monroe, all his grandparents, Vicki Shriner, Charles Hood, Ismael Velez, Linda Vega, aunts and uncles, Amber Hood, Chelsea Hood, Tiffany Velez, April Shriner, Brandon Guy, Raymond Roberts, Ryan Barron, Tyson Heynar. Cousins, Noah Brashers, Melody Guy, Myla Guy, Bryce Barron, Cameron Bunn, Colby Bunn, Caleb Bunn, Desi Ray, Brandi Jackson, Christien Lowe, Sherri Marchese, Charlie Marchese, Kamren Noll, Anna Noll and too many more family and friends to be listed.
Family and Friends meant everything to Jorell and his presence will be missed enormously daily.
A public service will be held for Jorell @ Legacy Funeral and cremation @ 1604 w morris st Indianapolis, in 46221 Friday May 12th @1pm to 3pm
Jorells family encourages everyone to wear green or at-least the green ribbon that will be provided. There will be a sign in book as well and flowers can be sent in also.
