Joy Lajean (Bess) Mcfarland

Joy Lajean (Bess) McFarland, 84, passed away at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville on July 7, 2016.

Joy was born to Robert and Mary Veta Bess in Dale,Indiana on July 22, 1931. She earned her Associates Degree at Rhema Bible College. She married Everett Morris McFarland. Together they had: one daughter, Sheri McFarland; two adopted children,Karen Whitefield and Rick Moreland; and one granddaughter, Stephanie Thompson.

Joy was dedicated to her family and keeping the household. She and her husband help in founding New Faith Fellowship in 1988. They were dedicated members.

Visitation is on Monday, July 11, 2016 from 12 – 1PMat Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services. The service will start at 1 PM. Burial will take place at Grovelawn Cemetery in Pendleton immediately following the service.

Arrangements are under the care of Legacy Cremation& Funeral Services - Anderson.
